Pool Rules constructs a circuit of objects derived from visual stimuli originating from aquatic training and capture. Through the juxtaposition of industrial materials—such as technical backpacks, nautical ropes, nets, teeth, animal skulls, and kickboards—, the ensemble shifts the aesthetics of the swimming pool toward a more ambiguous and open landscape. In this space, sports equipment is presented as a three-dimensional object but also through its own image reproduced on tarpaulins, opening a direct interplay between the physical element and its representation.
